(Set of 2) Porcelain Cups - Copper red
These copper red cups get their colour from small amounts of copper that have been fired in a reduction atmosphere over a porcelain clay body. There’s also some magnesium to lower the thermal expansion which can be seen in the crystals in the lighter pink cup. For food safety reasons, the inside of the cup is a transparent glaze.

Reduction fired for 12 hours up to 1280°C
