This green crystal glaze gets its colour and texture from a very specific silica to alumina ratio paired with titanium, cobalt and magnesium to encourage crystal growth while the kiln is cooling down. This For food safety reasons, the inside of the cup is a transparent glaze.
These mugs were handmade in a series so there may be slight differences in dimension, colour and texture to the one pictured.

Due to the brittle nature of ceramics please handle with care
Each pot is individually hand thrown and trimmed on the potter’s wheel so no two pieces are the same
Each glaze is the result of a very specific combination of raw materials, clay body and firing schedule
Reduction fired for 12 hours up to 1280°C
