This collection of small bud vases are individually wheel thrown and reduction fired for rich, varied surfaces. Their simple form suits both fresh and dried flowers, or they can be displayed as sculptural objects on their own adding a small touch of handmade character to any space.
This green crystal glaze gets its colour and texture from a very specific silica to alumina ratio paired with titanium, cobalt and magnesium to encourage crystal growth while the kiln is cooling down.
